“I doubt that because it was illegal for the CIA to conduct ANY operations in the USA which was the exclusive jurisdiction of the jealous Hoover’s FBI which was responsible for domestic counterintelligence.”

This statement shows that you aren’t very well versed in the activities of the CIA.

Do some research on the East West Center. REAL research.

Start with the man named Scotten and the Phoenix project.

You can start here
http://www.namebase.org/cgi-bin/nb01?_SCOTTON_FRANK_W

And you might want to talk to some former Spooks about the CIA if you actually believe the statement that you made.

Of course, maybe you don’t really believe there was ever a Phoenix program, too.

There was.

Or maybe you should start with the CIA’s Family Jewels.

You got a lot of reading to do if you want to continue to pretend the CIA never operated in the US.

Let me add one more thing for people who don’t have an understanding of the CIA.

Scotton was a big player in the Vietnam era.

The CIA defector’s program used the Agency for International Development for cover.

Yes, the same organization that Ann was involved with. What cover where they providing Ann with..who knows.

But don’t tell me it isn’t plausible that Ann was involved with the Spooks.

Anyone who knows much about the CIA should be able to recognize the signs.

And the Russians sure couldn’t cause Obama’s records to go down a black hole.

I hold the CIA in the same high regard as I regard our military as being patriotic Americans making great sacrifices for the USA at the risk of their own lives.

While certain presidents may have abused the CIA as they abuse the military, I don’t take kindly to claims mostly generated by enemies of the United States, foreign and domestic, that the Phoenix program was an illegal use of presidential war powers or that the CIA is stupid enough to recruit people with obvious Communist affiliations, like Stanley Ann.

The Phoenix Program was conducted within Vietnam, NOT the US. It was not a domestic CIA intelligence operation. Do you have any links specifically documenting that Phoenix was a domestic US operation?

I see no indication that Frank W. Scotton was involved in CIA intelligence activities targeting persons within the US. During the Cold War programs against foreign agents within the US would, of course, be counterintelligence and would be the responsibility of Hoover’s FBI.

I see a lot of poorly sourced speculation spread around on the internet regarding links between the East-West Center and the CIA, including a detailed piece by FR-banned Wayne Madsen, , but nothing solid:

The Story of Obama: All in The Company (In Three Parts)

Wayne Madsen
Wayne Madsen Report
August 18, 2010

Have you got anything with any documentary evidence showing
any connection between the East-West Center and the CIA?

Madsden makes the claim that Mboya was a CIA asset, a claim I find credible, but as we have found out, BHO Sr. was not sponsored initially by Madsden and at Hawii he became affiliated with KGB controlled front groups.

On his return to Kenya in 1964, Obama published a Marxist wealth redistribution paper and challenged Mboya’s economic program for which Obama was sacked.

I find it very suspicious that Obama was the last person seen with Mboya before Mboya was killed by an assassin. Often when a “hit” is conducted the killer is brought in from elsewhere and is untraceable to the folks planning the hit but someone who knows the target is needed to conclusively identify the target to the killer. The job of identifying Mboya, who was anti-Soviet and Pro-West, may have fallen to Obama.

“I doubt that because it was illegal for the CIA to conduct ANY operations in the USA which was the exclusive jurisdiction of the jealous Hoover’s FBI which was responsible for domestic counterintelligence.”

I made the above statement to you and, as you point out, it was incorrect because I should have left off the first four words to make it say:

"It was illegal for the CIA to conduct ANY operations in the USA which was the exclusive jurisdiction of the jealous Hoover’s FBI which was responsible for domestic counterintelligence."

Due to my ME/CFS disease, large chunks of my memory have disappeared and this is most embarrassing, but I assure you that after having you generously refresh my memory I do now recall that in my CIA reading list materials I read about the Family Jewels, including Project Chaos.

The CIA wanted all recruits in the 1980's, such as myself, to be aware of all of the Church Commission findings in the 1970's and all of the dirt published in books by defectors.

During the 1959-1966 time frame when BHO Sr., SADO and Soetoro were in the US there was no Project Chaos. There were no "Family Jewels" CIA programs conducted on college campuses outside the official CIA charter, from what I am reading. The "violations" began in 1967 and ended in 1971.

Project Chaos, an illegal project according to Congress and subsequent court rulings, was started by Lyndon Johnson in 1967, so neither SADO nor Soetoro, nor BHO Sr. could have been involved with Project Chaos.

The only other two CIA illegal domestic activities involving college campuses and student on the Family Jewels list were also started only in 1967.

What was going on in the 1950's and 1960's on college campuses and with Soviet and Marxist influenced groups was the FBI's COINTELPRO program, and I see if as likely that Obama Sr. and Soetoro might have been targets of that program, but they never would have recruited SADO, who was the wife of a known Marxist affiliated with KGB front groups.
