Whatever you people think about transgender, it is legal, and if the person was legally a female, she can use the women’s restroom. She does not deserve to be beaten up for her choices any more than a Christian does for his choices. She was not a male perv hiding in there to attack women.
Why not, a gas station where 'key' is required perhaps; a 'gas/snack' stop, where bathroom is almost always, 'single use'?
No, they should not HAVE to; but given sexual circumstances; why choose a McDonald's where children are in and out; with or without their 'Mom's and women, who may well feel threatened by the appearance of these 'women-'men transitional combos.
All to say in a perfect world, this should not happen; but in an imperfect world - our real world; people - those at risk - can at least, be aware and 'take care' so as to avoid personal confrontations. Too many smarter choices. . .which people who are 'transgendered' should figure out, early on. At least, until they more physically secured in their 'new bodies'. Whatever. . .
These perps should be charged with aggrevated assault, aggrevated battery, attempted murder, and attempted kidnapping. After that, let the chips fall where they may.
