Using your fist first and your brain second places you in the same category as the animals pictured. Assault is never justified unless physical bodily harm is imminent in a self defense scenerio.
You don’t go beating up people, except in self defense or in the defense of another person.
But you don’t go around putting yourself in the position of being harmed either.

One “HE” shouldn’t be there, two the he/she is a freak and gets whatever it deserves.

Regardless of what this person is,
(Latest reports say victim had had operation to remove male parts) they are still a human being.
These animals beat this person because they were white.
The animals who beat this person should be jailed.
All the McDonalds employees who stood around and did nothing during this savage attack should be fired.
I hope the victim sues McDonald’s for every penny they have.
There may be more to the story than we have, but it certainly doesn’t rise to the repeated level of ferocious violence we saw from these animals

I've seen or met a few transsexuals over the years. Yeah, some of them look weird, and I'd do a double-take if I saw one of them in a women's bathroom.
But IMO they don't deserve to be beaten up for their weirdness.
The animals who did it deserve to be strung up for what they did.
And the other animals who stood by and watched deserve something too--not sure what--but surely not kudos.
Whatever you people think about transgender, it is legal, and if the person was legally a female, she can use the women’s restroom. She does not deserve to be beaten up for her choices any more than a Christian does for his choices. She was not a male perv hiding in there to attack women.

No one deserves to be beaten by strangers. Ever. Ever. There are non violent ways of handling these issues.

Why not, a gas station where 'key' is required perhaps; a 'gas/snack' stop, where bathroom is almost always, 'single use'?
No, they should not HAVE to; but given sexual circumstances; why choose a McDonald's where children are in and out; with or without their 'Mom's and women, who may well feel threatened by the appearance of these 'women-'men transitional combos.
All to say in a perfect world, this should not happen; but in an imperfect world - our real world; people - those at risk - can at least, be aware and 'take care' so as to avoid personal confrontations. Too many smarter choices. . .which people who are 'transgendered' should figure out, early on. At least, until they more physically secured in their 'new bodies'. Whatever. . .

I agree 100%!! Why oh why do Freepers have to move the goal line when it comes to these degenerates.
Never said it deserved the beating, and I hope the thugs who did this are punished to the full extent of the law.
In some states the threat of imminent loss of life to yourself or another person is enough to authorize the use of deadly physical force. I’m glad I live in one of those states.
These perps should be charged with aggrevated assault, aggrevated battery, attempted murder, and attempted kidnapping. After that, let the chips fall where they may.
