Rather than correcting all your errors (pretty much the entire first sentence excepting possibly the prostitution thing) I’ll only ask - where have you seen who the alleged assault (wherein she was found not guilty by the way) was against? how do you know it was a woman?

Trangender and transsexual are not synonyms, true, but:

Transgender is an umbrella term that includes everything from recreational crossdressers, to drag queens, to transsexuals, to androgynous, to so-called "genderqueer" (don't get me started - they rebel against the gender binary completely)

Transsexuals are one category under that umbrella. The distinguishing characteristic is the conviction that they are mentally and spiritually the opposite gender from their body and they want desperately to bring the two into alignment. They range from merely wanting to (but not yet able to) makes these modifications all the way to those who have finished them. It is NOT necessary to be post-op to be transsexual (in fact, some consider themselves "cured" and no longer trans after the operation).

By contrast, a crossdresser/transvestite does NOT want to alter their body or BE a woman, they are simply "playing"

for a transsexual, nothing else in life is as painful as remaining in the “wrong” body, and those who insist they do lay the groundwork for innocent spouses and children to suffer a great deal of pain in future years when the suppression fails.

There are web sites that do nothing but list where one-seat/door-locked bathrooms are available, or unisex bathrooms at least.

Interesting that 'common sense' travel warnings 'out there'. (My first response in thinking of breakdown of what happened here). Again; we do not live in a 'perfect' world; we all need to be mindful of 'beware' situations.

If the Libs approached 'gender change' options the way they do 'guns'; these changes would be made illegal. (If it save just 'one life'...) Of course, we know 'life' it NOT what it is about. . .nor, for that matter; is 'quality' of life, what this is about per Government 'assistance/education/initiative/tax payer funded change et al.

Civility works only when you’re dealing with people who are civil to begin with. When you’re dealing with much of the liberal base being civil isn’t an option it just means you lost the argument.

Confrontation can be verbal and doesn’t have to end in violence. The threat of violence is sometimes enough, sort of like Mutual Assured Destruction, if they think you’ll use it they back down.

In the case of the McDonald’s video we don’t know what happened in the restroom that started it, just a few minute clip of the aftermath.

This person, however misguided, was spit upon and viciously ganged up on and beaten by two blacks who saw their chance to vent their rage and hate upon a weak looking white person with impunity because the employees of McDonald’s were primarily black.

According to the family and the articles, this person had already had his male parts removed. Where is he/she supposed to use the restroom?
I don’t approve of gays or transsexuals, but this person is still a human being who did nothing to deserve being viciously beaten. He/she was attacked outside the restroom.
When his/her wig came off during the beating, his/her attackers started yelling, ‘dude trying to use the restroom’- pretty convenient excuse for the cops.

Oh, for heaven's sake. If my daughter came out of the ladies room at McDs and told me there was a drunk man in there (even kids can tell that "transgendered" aren't women), I'd go in and see about it. You, on the other hand, would simply shrug and leave. So we have a different outlook on looking after our kids.

People who have their genitals mutilated into facsimiles of the other sex are whacked, and yes, sad, but they don't really change genders and should relieve themselves in a closed stall in the lav they belong in. Chrissy's "vagina" is just some other male flesh sutured into another place.

So, yeah, I don't want sad whackos in the wrong lav in family restaurants, but I never said I condoned a vicious beating. The brutal perps should go to jail becasue they were just looking for an excuse to brutalize.

Are do you intend to protect your daughter from EVERY person who she finds mildly "odd"? - and no, not every (or even most) kids can read every trans person (If I didn't care for their privacy I could show you hundreds of pictures of girls you'd never suspect)

there's no penis here, no male sex drive, no balls, no upper body strength and in most cases no orientation to be attracted to women.

question - do you "save" your child from using the restroom in the presence of a lesbian?

I've asked this a dozen times in the last three days and no one has an answer: can you cite me ONE - just one - example of a transgender person or a man who was posing as one by crossdressing committing ANY sort of offense against a female in a public restroom.

If it has NEVER happened (and it hasn't) then from what does your daughter need protecting?
