I can imagine a lot of women “going off”, if they saw what appeared to them to be a male pervert dressed as a woman in the ladies room, especially if they saw his/her penis. When someone is, correctly or not, identified as a sex offender, of any of the list of “indecent exposure”, “molester”, to “rapist”, all bets are off. The two female attackers are believed to be 18 and *14* years old. What would the typical man do if his 14 year old daughter hastily exited the ladies room and said there was a man in there with his penis out? If he then went in there and saw a penis on what looked to be a woman, in most of the US, he would not be thinking “transgender”, but, “I am going to beat the ever-loving poop out of you, Mister!” And the same with the 18 year old woman, again, in most of the US. In their mind, the transgender was being perverted to a 14 year old girl. And that’s a-beatin’.

That's quite an 'imagination' you have there.

You sound like you're auditioning for the part of the ethically-challenged lawyer the perps are bound to get (probably at public expense).

If the cops who wrote the police report had your kind of 'imagination', I 'imagine' they would have sided with the lowlife scumbag perps and the creepy employee (since fired) that enabled them, by writing that the victim simply slipped and fell in the bathroom.

Stay tuned, the facts are not bearing out your helpless-14-year-old-just-defending-herself scenario.

I suppose if you were there you'd join in on the beating -- or maybe made a video so you could put it on YouTube?

You could call it "Beating The Ever-Living Poop out Of A Tranny Me And My Homies Caught In The Bathroom"

I will admit that it appears that I am now wrong, based on additional information. The latest suggestion is that a male friend of one of the attackers was thought to have flirted with the transgender, in the opinion of the attacker, and likely the attacker felt that the transgender flirted back to the male friend.

Then the transgender went into the ladies room, while the two attackers waited in ambush for her to leave, then commenced the attack.

This possibility also explains what I was attempting to justify with my former scenario: savage anger on the part of the attackers.

In such attacks, in even what could be called “hate crimes”, there are generally limits to brutality. But when a victim, for example, is found stabbed 40 times, with a dozen stabs to their genitalia, as a rule of thumb, savage anger, is seen. This implies either that the attacker knew and was passionate with the victim, or that an unusually intense interaction had taken place.

The key, I presupposed, was the restroom, which led to my suggestion. However, if it was the perception of flirting, this would also possibly create savage anger.

Ironically, this also indicates that it was *not* a hate crime, because the attackers assumed that the transgender was indeed a woman, and not a transgender.
