Their birthrate is much closer to whites’ now (that is how Latinos passed them in numbers 10 years earlier than anticipated). Demographically, this isn’t a “growing problem”; it is a shrinking one, as people like the attackers here are consigned to smaller areas of their welfare reservations and their political & economic power, as well as job and college set-asides, are assumed by Latinos.
