Demographically, this isn’t a “growing problem”; it is a shrinking one, as people like the attackers here are consigned to smaller areas of their welfare reservations and their political & economic power, as well as job and college set-asides, are assumed by Latinos.
Sometimes I wonder if this was not the plan along time ago. Why else leave the Country wide open.
It certainly seems this way; the invasion of illegal aliens has made it even more difficult for urban blacks to find work, and they are no longer needed to fill failing school districts as Latinos can do that as well.
