The breakdown of the family has much to do with the anarchy as far as I’m concerned. While I tempted to blame the Left, it’s the individual that’s ultimately responsible for his behavior.
The twist to this ongoing story of chaos and violence is how a large part of the Black community ignores its Conservative roots in order to embrace the false promises promoted by the Charlatans. Not enough emphasis is given to reason.
The Black community has to fix this from within. I pray they figure it out, because many good folks are getting wrapped up in a world of hate, deception, and repression. Shutdown the Left, and it gets easier.

I think Bill Clinton stopped that with his welfare reform; they get one baby toy, and then the welfare payments don’t increase with more children. Their birthrate is much closer to whites’ now (that is how Latinos passed them in numbers 10 years earlier than anticipated). Demographically, this isn’t a “growing problem”; it is a shrinking one, as people like the attackers here are consigned to smaller areas of their welfare reservations and their political & economic power, as well as job and college set-asides, are assumed by Latinos.
