I worked my way through college at a McD’s and can guarantee you that not one of the guys in the restaurant would ever NOT have intervened if someone was getting beat up like that.
There were several points at which the employees could have stepped in and protected the person who got beat. The girls started leaving a couple times and came back for more. Any one of those times, the employees could have helped the person who got beat up.
