As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

You’ll give him the benefit of the doubt but not the female victim which was brutally beaten because someone filming it thought the person might be transgender? How kind and noble.

I worked my way through college at a McD’s and can guarantee you that not one of the guys in the restaurant would ever NOT have intervened if someone was getting beat up like that.
There were several points at which the employees could have stepped in and protected the person who got beat. The girls started leaving a couple times and came back for more. Any one of those times, the employees could have helped the person who got beat up.
My integrity has been impugned, and my good name, posted in vain. Therefore, I (Realman30) choose not to reveal my source.
The police are required to report the info on the victim. There is no being polite on official reports.

Would that be true if the victim were a minor?
There would be no reason for the cops to search the victims car, especially since there is no mention of a car in the report, and the victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance. If a car was searched, it would be in the report, and why would hair be confiscated?
The victim is 22 years old, not a minor.

BTW, I thought I just read something the other day about Magnums being charged for murder or some such thing? I was reading FOX and was going through the articles of the day and thought I saw a headline to that effect, but sometimes when you go back to find the articles, you don’t get the same list and lose what you were looking for.

Yea, she stabbed her boyfriend. He was on life support for a while but he later died, thats when they charged her.
