As seen above, in a Facebook posting, Hackett has contended that the woman seen getting beaten in the video was actually a male cross-dresser who got into a confrontation with female patrons when he refused to leave the women’s bathroom at the Baltimore eatery. Hackett claimed that the victim faked a seizure and, when cops arrived at the restaurant, “he got right up.”

You really are a dumb ass aren’t you. Did you ever think that might be the name given to the cops by the victim when they got there? many of these people do not carry an ID for a reason.
So, if it was a man, wearing a wig, how did the girl manage to pull him across the floor by the hair? You can’t drag someone by a wig.
And you wont say what those tools are.

Nope, you can do some research and pay for them yourself.
Note that the police will call a transgender male a woman if they have had the operation, and that person will be using the women’s bathroom...

I am not arguing with the gender designation, I am arguing with statements that it was a wig that was pulled apart and laying in piles on the floor. You just cannot pull someone around the floor by a wig. That person was dragged across the whole floor of that McDonalds.
No doubt. Next time someone might walk into a scene like that and shoot the attackers.
Believe what you want but the MSM is now covering the story that this was a guy, not a gal.It is now being considered a hate crime against a transgendered individual, not racist, who woulda thunk it.
Watch the video carefully, the wig comes off of the black female with the black shirt on, imo.
Watch when that black female comes back in and attacks the victim near the bathroom. The victim pulls the BF’s wig off, imo.
Right, you have a police record (which you wont source) with someone’s name that you cant connect to the victim (no aliases on your report). You use that to say that it is a definite connection between the two. When asked to backup any facts you have, you fall back into “not revealing sources” and “I have other tools on my computer” as if you fear your journalistic integrity will be harmed (we dont know who you are).
Then there is the part where you claim sources gave you the info, and later you said you found it all on your computer. So which is it, did someone tell you or did you look it up?
Then you claim that the victim didnt have her ID (do you have any proof of that) because you think she is a tranny prostitute, but she did have it when charged by the police, who got the correct name. For that to be true, she would have had her real ID while she was prostituting herself, but didnt take it to McDonalds. That would seem to be the opposite of what logic would dictate (why would you have your real ID when prostituting.
Then, after all that, you have the gall to use personal insults as an argument tactic and question the intelligence of someone else.
Chrissy Lee Polis was the elderly woman to tried to intervene and was punched in the face by one of the black women. She is not the woman being severely beaten in the video. I have heard this a few times and it seems odd go here for the arrest report PDF

first page of report it states cut to mouth/face condition Fair, name is redacted. Scroll down to page two and you find the name Chriisy Polis at the top of the page it states Redness around right eye condition/good Declined to file charges , now to me they are clearly talking about two different people if not why the different injurys from page one to two?
Also note that in all reports the older lady who stepped in and tried to stop the fight which is shown clearly in the video all reports it is stated she was hit in the face or eye depends on what and were you read.

Just after the other BF drags the victim, you can see the BF with the black shirt realizing that her weave is missing. She is messing with her hair, and much of it is missing.
She retrieves the wig or weave later because it’s back by the end of the movie.
What ever man, I am sure it will all come out in the next day or so,I really do not care what you think.
What behavior did the victim participate in to deserve it?
This behavior is nothing new in certain districts!
The Cell Phone camera has brought it closer.
McD’s has not been my choice for years.
Reverse discrimination has been here for years also and as a tourist have been subjected to it. Best to state your business,receive your goods, and retreat to a safer environment.
That said, This patron did not deserve that punishment. 911
should have been called when it broke out. The elapsed time on the video should have been enough for a patrol car to have arrived!
The staff became an audience and were enjoying the show.
The altercation could have been quelled the first time the attackers returned if staff would have intervened!
