Former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson announced today that he's running for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination.

"I'm ready for a different America," Johnson said in a statement today. "I'm ready for the day when a person can build a good life on a decent income, and we can take our government at its word."

Johnson announced his candidacy Thursday morning on the steps of the New Hampshire State House and plans to spend three days in the early-nominating state meeting with supporters and visiting local businesses.

Again, In 2012 we need to put away our differences

The God-given, unalienable right to life is NOT negotiable, buddy.

People have misscarriages all the time so I don’t really see what the difference is in taking a pill in the case of RAPE

One is a natural occurrence, the other is the intentional killing of another human being.

If you can't see that, you're blind. At this point I'm thinking probably willfully so.

No, that’s not pro-choice. Rape is an act of war. US military personnel are killing enemy combatants, correct? Therefore do you condemn them? Of course not. Rape is conquering, colonizing someone. You can’t honestly believe that rapists beget people like Sarah Palin, Billy Graham, etc. Nobody is advocating eugenics, abortion or any nonsense. I’m saying a woman who’s been attacked and raped (which is an act of war in my book) should have the choice to take that pill. That pregnancy could kill her, she’s forced to raise someone with that rapists nature in her. You’re seeing a baby that’s too little to conduct that act on someone. I’m seeing the adult. Kids grow up fast, I know firsthand. Read the Old Testament, is right there! Didn’t God require the Israelites to eradicate groups of people because they’d beget more bad people like them? Or are those Scripture versus something to gloss over? What about King David’s baby he last in child birth though we repented and fasted for it to live. How do you explain that?

I'm sorry to say that at this point, I feel the same way.

The professor’s real name was Russell Johnson. And, even at 86, he’d probably be a better Presidential candidate than Gary Johnson, who is pro-abortion, pro-homosexual and wants to legalize pot.

Look, I don’t have the answer, and I’m not 100% committed to this position. Maybe I’m being too Old Testament. The position I want to ultimately take is that of Scripture. However, I just don’t feel that your answers are spot on either or entirely line up with Scripture. I think there’s a lot more to it than just choice A or B.

What would you do if it’s Gary Johnson or some other pro-abortion candidate against Obama?

Donate money to Tea Party candidate Sarah Palin's campaign.

Legalize drug use! This position, alone, will end his chances.

He's pro abortion.

Killing children means he goes to playgrounds and shoots or slices living, breathing skulls full of mush.

Do you see the difference?

Unborn children aren't alive? They aren't being sliced to pieces in the womb?

Now, you tell us the difference between between ripping apart a human in the womb and killing one out of it?

Late to the party, aren't you?

BTW you seem to have the typical response of a zealot.

Just an thought...

Just a thought...

By the way, to whatever extent I am a “zealot,” it is zealousness for the founding principles of our country as expressed in the Declaration of Independence, principles that were stated for all time as the very raison d’etre of government.

It is zealousness for the stated purposes of our Constitution, all of which are violated in every clause by the practice of child-killing.

And my “zeal” is consistent in that regard.

But you too are a zealot. It’s just that your zeal is anti-Obama zeal and pro-Republican zeal.

And it is not consistent, since you make it clear that though you claim to be pro-life you would have no problem supporting a pro-child-killing politician if you thought it would serve your politically-expedient goals.

God took the child. He had a right to do so.

Are you comparing yourself to God?

Because, whether you say yea or nay to that question, your stated position is to play God.

Politically he is a libertarian. I don’t know why he considers running in the GOP primary.

Duh, because Losertarians always lose!

I’m a zealot for the defense of innocent human life, as the Constitutional oath of office requires.

You’re a zealot for “winning,” no matter the cost.

Now you're going off the deep end. People die in their sleep all the time, so it's okay to kill people in their sleep. You don't see the difference between a miscarriage by nature and a purposeful abortion? Now you're dragging in war. (Insert graphic of a person with a finger pointing towards his head making circles!)

OOPS!

My Bad.

I meant to refer to Post #241 which reads:

“To: EternalVigilance
You are a zealot.
Pure and simple.

I have no use for you, nor will I respond to your oozing lunacy.

You are totally a complete loss to our great society as there is absolutely no reasoning with you.

My you live the rest of your days in bliss and ignorance.”

And you have still attacked me in several ‘drive-by’ postings.

No, you are NOT a zealot.

You are a compulsive, obsessive, lunatic.

Please do not disturb me again or I will have to tag you and your posts as abusive.

Understand this well.

So you want 0 to be RE-ELECTED in 2012 if you don’t like the GOP’s candidate??? Sorry, I would agree with you if Bill Clinton was in office, but 0 is more dangerous and we need to unite against 0.
