does anyone think it is bizarre to have a security guard at an “Internet Cafe”?

After watching people trying to rob them, you still think it is a bizarre idea?

Different world, I guess.

Internet cafes I have seen were fairly quiet places, stiflingly boring to the point I would rather forgo the Internet than to frequent them.

But since you put it that way...I suppose not.
