Last weekend, His Presidency Barack Obama was captured making potentially offensive comments to a group of big money donors who had paid large sums of money for special access to His Presidency.
We observed that CBS only released “selectively edited” moments from the raw tape. We know how much the mainstream media values complete and full disclosure of recordings of this nature, so we found it curious, to say the least, that there was not one drop of intellectual curiosity from these guardians of media purity regarding the content of the full recording.
Maybe CBS’s motive has nothing to do with protecting His Presidency from potential embarrassment. Perhaps, like Nixon before them, CBS accidentally erased the portions of the recording that they have not released. Anything is possible, right?
Alas, no. John Romano, Publisher of the blog “Yes, But, However!” has confirmed with CBS’s Mark Knoller (via Twitter) that CBS has decided that they are not going to release the complete recording.

I would not mind this move by CBS...except that I know that Bush ‘43 or any other Republican would not have been accorded the same courtesy.
Why are they still allowed to broadcast over the PUBLIC AIRWAVES?? seems to me their license should have been denied years ago, after all, can Anybody say with a straight face that they are “Serving the public good” as REQUIRED UNDER THEIR FCC LICENSE??

They’d be licking their lips in sheer joy, reporting on it HOURLY.
Under Obama, they selectively release bits, and won’t release the whole.
Why anyone would watch our Pravda media is beyond me.
if they had any credibility left this move would certainly blow it to hell (remember when that open mic caught George W calling that reporter from the NY Slimes an A-hole? Couldn’t wait to replay that over and over and over and....)

I don’t know why they would fret about acess to the White House leading into campaign all they have to do is ues his old speeches he’s just repeating them nothing new.
I bet the media is in tne he’s not as bad as Jimmy Carter mode before he loses the election.
