Yes but is it even legal to use the words "a crowd" and "nearly 15 people" in the same sentence, let alone the same phrase.

Nearly 15 people might constitute a crowd if you are in a phone booth, or the rest room of a fast food joint, but not really anywhere else.

Ooh fah. I have teenage kids and I’ve been forced to go to these things as chair meat to boost the crowd for their friends. It really is a pathetic scene for these kids obsessed with performing. At least when I was a kid we’d go down the basement and rock it out.
