This is BS. Recently my daughter went to get her passport renewed. Since she got it when she was under 15, she had to present the long form bc only. State Dept. Would not accept the short version.

Therefore if Obama wanted to renew and he got his passport before he was 15, he couldn’t renew without the long form. What if he did not have it? Would the state of Hawaii say we can’t give anyone their long form bc For a passport even if required by the US State Department?

We need to start posting these Birth Certificate and Social Security articles on the Facebook pages of ALL our possible candidates on a daily basis.

Some Facebook pages (such as Bill Oreilly and Rush Limbaugh) do not allow fans to start their own topics. In those cases I post twice...

1) I look for a thread the Fanpage owner had started which is closest related to the issue (even if it's just a Donald Trump at Tea Party Rally.

2) I also post the same comment/link at the very tops and most recent thread whether it's off topic or not.

Joe Farah and Donald Trump have some things in common. They profit from publicity, and, whether or not they understand the truth, they are both employing tabloid journalism to confuse the public. Any discussion claiming to resolve Barack Obama's eligibility by exposing his birth certificate is a fraud. Obama and his supporters want you to be frustrated. Eventually he may provide documentation, but it is irrelevant.

There are only two kinds of citizens, born citizens and naturalized citizens. The only definition there has ever been for a natually born citizen, a member of a civil society, is for that person to have been born on the land and of parents who are citizens of that society. That citizen is naturally citizen, not by any rules imposed by authorities. People can become citizens by law. Those are naturalized citizens.

Barack Obama told us he was a naturalized citizen. He repeated a definition from a law, U.S. State Department Title 8, "I am a native born citizen of the U.S." His condition, born on our soil of one citizen and one non-citizen parent, makes him a Title 8 Citizen. Title 8 is based entirely on the 14th Amendment, which never mentions natural born citizens. Wong Kim Ark, like Barack, was a Title 8 Citizen, and not a natural born citizen. That was confirmed in the decsion written by Horace Gray.

Every literate citizen is capable of understanding this truth. But he is being misled by Joe Farah, Donald Trump, and dozens of others who see this ruse as a benefit, either by keeping the ineligible Obama in office, or getting web site hits. Here is a bit of truth, this by Chief Justice Morrison Waite, from Minor v. Happersett, cited by Horace Gray as the meaning of natural born citizenship in the hairball of a decision called Wong Kim Ark. Minor was also cited in Perkins v. Elg in 1939. Wong Kim was not deemed natural born. Marie Elg, born to natualized Swedish parents in New York, was taken by her parents, who repudiated their natualization and returned with her to Sweden. When Marie was 20, she was initially delcared an alien. The court, Chief Justice Charels Evan Hughes, cited Minor v. Happersett. Marie is a natural born citizen becuase her parents were citizens when she was born, and she was born on our soil. If Marie were to return and stay resident for 14 years, when 35 she could run for president. That is our law. Barack is defying our Constitution with cover provided by legislators of both parties afraid to lose their careers by confronting him.

"The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners."

Here is something I like to post from time to time:

 

 

Let them claim there is no long form.

 

1st.  They and everyone has said all along the COLB is an abstract.  A COLB is a walkup document, meaning you can walk up to the desk, ask for your BC and they will provide an abstract, called a COLB in about 10 minutes.  That means there is a long form and Hawaii statutes, starting at (318)

 

2nd.  Hawaii already said they have seen Barry O.'s vital records and issued two statements - blah, blah, blah, right?

 

3rd.  Barry O. never had to show his long form BC ever, in his life, for anything?  Like obtaining a passport.  That one document is better than a drivers license.  It saying to the world you are who is contained in the passport document, which is based on an investigation of your background and YOU MUST provide a Birth Certificate as foundational proof of who YOU say you are.  From there the State Department does their background check on you and if you are who you say you are with no ammendments, modifications or whatever to your identity they issue it clean. 

 

Most adults can go to a desk or filing cabinet in his house and produce a birth certificate in a few minutes?

 

Barry O. tried to pass of something that was inconsistent with what the rest of have and know to be a “Birth Certificate”.

The so called COLB has many flaws with it:

• His father’s race could never have been listed as “African”.  That was not the nomenclature at all, in the 1960’s.  So that begins the suspicion of a fraudulent document.
•  The COLB is also cropped in many of the pictures that claim it is a scan.  If it is a scan, why not leave the document and size intact?
• The COLB also has no artifacts such paper folds.  A scan does not make those disappear and in fact will highlight them.
• The COLB that is scanned mysteriously does not show the Seal of Hawaii.  Why?  Because it was computer generated and not scanned.  Guess they forgot to add that back in.
• More over, many of us are concerned and want to know why he wasted time producing a document that is inconsistent with what we know a Birth Certificate looks like.

 The best part and even more confusing is why he didn't release any of the three Birth Certificates we know already existed before 2007.

• His kindergarten records and the BC, that should be there, have mysteriously disappeared.
• The BC he used to get into college, apply for loans and most definitely used for his passport. That wasn't available?
• Why couldn't he just present the one he found among his mother's belongings upon her death.   He waxed on and wondered about it and his father in one of his books.  Why not post that one?

Those were most certainly BC’s and not a COLB. There is no reason to create confusion but, for the fact he is hiding something. That something will be discovered, though and this is a long process.

No mention is made of my mother or me, and I’m left to wonder whether the omission was intentional on my father’s part, in anticipation of his long departure. Perhaps the reporter failed to ask personal questions, intimidated by my father’s imperious manner; or perhaps it was an editorial decision, not part of the simple story that they were looking for. I wonder, too, whether the omission caused a fight between my parents.”

So with all these Birth Certificates lying around, why did he feel it necessary to produce a "Certification of Live Birth" that is inconsistent with a Birth Certificate and wholly lacking all of the information you would find, in you know, a Birth Certificate?

He seemed to have some emotional attachment to the Birth Certificate found among his mother’s belongings.  Why wouldn’t he just slap that one up, for all the world to see?

It seemed important that he found a document that is called a “Birth Certificate” and it is highly unlikely he would not know what one looks like.

Hope no one brings up some house fire that vaporized his BC.  That was in 1972 and none of the documents listed here would have been affected by that “fishy” event.

Hawaii started out by covering for Obama, Now they are in the position of having to cover for themselves.

I believe the truth to be that Obama does not have a long form birth certificate and the Hawaiians who testified that he did committed perjury, and are now trying to hide it.

Perhaps the focus should be more general? Let's get Obama's past on record. How did he do in college? Release the high school and college transcripts.

I'd like to see Sarah Palin's transcripts (and I know they won't be perfect since she was paying her own way), and DeMint's if he runs, and Bachmann's, and those of any RINO (yeah, even Romney and the Huckster). Make a production of the fact that releasing records on their past is an important part of disclosure and understanding the whole person. Release a full, long-form birth certificate and a full college transcript on every candidate except Obama, and there will be more pressure to comply with the legitimate request to release the transcripts. That leaves an obvious hole if Obama refuses to release his transcripts, and even if he releases them but doesn't release the long-form bc.
