Now we have a new story from the former health director in the state of Hawaii.
Even if the president of the United States wanted his long-form birth certificate, he couldn't get it.
No Hawaiians can, Dr. Chiyome Fukino insists.
But, of course, that presents us with another problem.
What about all the other Hawaiians who have managed to secure these elusive documents without incident?

I thought the historical policy in Hawaii, for some time after statehood, was that they would issue COLB bases on a person’s representations only. Does anyone recall a reference on this?

Yep, that’s exactly right. I had to have my Tennessee long form BC for a legal matter a few months ago, as my short form version wasn’t adequate for the federal government in this case (So clearly it was even more important than being elected POTUS, right?).
I drove to the records department in downtown Nashville, and had it within 10 minutes of walking in the door. It is the original long form, copied onto a state form and then notarized. It took an hour of my time and $20. Even someone of Obama’s limited intellect could have managed to do the same.

They don’t have to sue. The HI statutes clearly state that the records dept has to give you a certified copy of your long form if you request it. The records dept is just trying to pull a fast one to cover for Barry. My understanding is that what they have done is remove the section on the request form that asks for the long form. So now you would just have to demand it. They will try to tell you no but I’m sure if you remind them of the statutes they will give you a long form. Its all smoke and mirrors.
The only basis for the idea that Maya Soetero has a COLB appears to be a claim by the now discredited techdude. If you have something other than that, please cite or link. If I recall correctly, Butterdezillion or someone working with her posted the DOH reply for request for index data, and the Hawaii DOH said they have nothing for the name Maya Soetero.

The Hawaii short form is acceptable for a passport. According to the State Department
A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar's signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of your birth. Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes.So some short forms are not acceptable, but Hawaii's has the seal, signature, and date required. Hawaiians have can get passports with the COLB.
The State Department wants the a government (state) certificate. They don’t want the hospital certificates - I suspect those are easier to forge.
The Hawaiian Certificate of Birth is an OFFICIAL, LEGAL document.
On this example of the birth certificate form used in Hawaii when Obama was born, please take notice of the numbered boxes. The numbers are clear enough to read; the box headings not crystal, but clear enough.
Required information regarding the father:
Box 8. Full Name of Father
Box 9. Race of Father
Box 10. Age of Father
Box 11. Birthplace (UNITED STATES OR FOREIGN COUNTRY)
If Obama produced his long form birth certificate, he would be producing LEGAL DOCUMENT proof that his father-of-record was not born a US citizen. The onus would then fall on Obie to produce legal document proof that his father-of-record had become a naturalized US citizen before August 4, 1961. Well, Senior never became a US citizen - and we all know it. And we all - along with anyone who has two brain cells to rub together - know that if Obama Sr’s name is on Barry’s birth certificate Barry’s absolutely ineligible to be POTUS; that if someone else is named as ‘father’, Barry would be publically, and legally, exposed as a liar of the highest order - ie, FRAUD.

Regarding the information about the father on the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth:
Box 11 reads: Birthplace (Island, State or Foreign Country.

I'd like to see Sarah Palin's transcripts (and I know they won't be perfect since she was paying her own way), and DeMint's if he runs, and Bachmann's, and those of any RINO (yeah, even Romney and the Huckster). Make a production of the fact that releasing records on their past is an important part of disclosure and understanding the whole person. Release a full, long-form birth certificate and a full college transcript on every candidate except Obama, and there will be more pressure to comply with the legitimate request to release the transcripts. That leaves an obvious hole if Obama refuses to release his transcripts, and even if he releases them but doesn't release the long-form bc.
[Note: I'm posting this on several threads because I think this tactic may make a difference in saving America and I want to hear feedback.]
I sent a long email to Farah, we shall see what comes of it.
