Sorry, I don’t think they do have a clue, at least the ‘conservatives’ that go after Israel - they simply look at it as two sides having disagreements and all you have to do is sit them down together and all will be forgiven.
The Dems probably do know just who the Palestinians are (they seem to understand our enemies a lot better than Republicans), but what’s another genocide between friends?
