The Israeli army on Sunday confirmed the recent arrest of two young Palestinian Arabs for the March 11 slaughter of the Fogel family in the northern Samaria Jewish community of Itamar.
An army spokesman told Israel Radio that 18-year-old Hakem Awwad and 19-year-old Amjad Awwad confessed to the murders of Udi and Ruth Fogel and three of their young children, and that they showed absolutely no remorse for their crime.
Reenacting the murder, the young suspects told security officials that they infiltrated Itamar at around 9 PM armed with knives. They proceeded to enter a home that was empty and stole an M-16 rifle that they found there.
The killers then broke into the Fogel home, found the bedrooms of 11-year-old Yoav Fogel and 4-year-old Elad Fogel and stabbed them to death. They then entered the parents' bedroom, where they struggled with and overcome Udi and Ruth Fogel.
After exiting the house, Amjad told officials that he could not resist the urge to go back in and kill 3-month-old Hadas Fogel, who was left crying amidst her parents' blood.
Amjad also said that had he known there were two other children sleeping in the house, he would have killed them, too.
Following the attack, the youths returned to their nearby village and informed various family members of their villainous deed. An uncle helped hide the knives, burn the bloody clothes and get rid of the M-16 rifle they had stolen. Other family members helped cover up the murder in other ways.
Security officials believe the Awwad boys acted on their own volition, and were not following the orders of an established terrorist organization, though they were widely praised by such organizations.
Israel has been facing an increasing phenomenon of young Arabs engaging not only in stone throwing, but cold-blooded murder. Security officials and Israeli lawmakers have attributed the trend to poor parenting, to put it lightly, and have noted that Palestinian parents are more often than not ready to help their children cover up such crimes, rather than discipline them.
It is also important to note that Palestinian society views the killers of Israeli Jews, and especially Israeli "settlers," as national heroes, increasing the motivation to engage in such violence.
If these sub-human animals don’t get the death penalty, and a quick bullet to head, then the world is in worse shape than I ever dreamed possible.
Trial shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. Surprises me that a trial will even occur. They should have been executed upon confession.
My plan to deal with these subhumans : IDF reports that the two palestenians were released on their own recognizance with a promise to return for trial when it occurs. reporter: could you tell me where these two gentlemen are at the present time ? IDF: sorry sir, they were seen getting into a black suv and were last seen going into the desert. We have no further information or comment.

Of course they showed no remorse. They know they are not subject to the death penalty and even a life sentence in Israel is a revolving door as shown by the release (for political reasons) of other terrorist mass murders.
Had it been up to me, both individuals would have been found lying face down in their own blood with multiple bullet and bayonet wounds in their bodies, and photos of the murdered Fogel family lying on their bodies “pour encourager les autres” as Voltaire might have put it.
What a sick, sick “culture.” Were the other family members arrestted? Throw the lot of them into a pig pen until a quick trial. (I know, Jews don’t do the pork thing, either, but maybe they could find an accommodating Christian to help out here). Don’t even execute them; let them live long lives in an earthly hell.
Kill them and every one related to them.
We do not want to be gooles like these two. So Within 30 days, hang them like they did Eichmann, cremate them, and disperse their ashes in an undisclosed location.
That would be enough to see their brethren and the UN off into a tizzy.

What monsters. I cold think up a lot of good ways for these devils to die.
Hit these animals with one of these every time they commit this type of atrocity and one of two things will happen.
They will stop committing atrocities, or they will be annihilated.
Either Israel enacts a death penalty, or the Israelis in charge of capturing these mad dogs will eventually stop bothering to take prisoners.
Israel should have removed all 120+ of its illegal "settlements" from the occupied territories. These homicides took place in one of those "settlements."
If a family of illegal aliens, let's call them "Mexican settlers," were murdered in the United States you would not expect Mexico to ride into the U.S., conduct the investigation, arrest the perps or anything like that. You'd expect the U.S. would solve the crime and mete out justice under our laws since the crime happened here. Similarly, we must trust Mexico to investigate and prosecute the cartel killers of Americans south of the border.
From 9/29/00 to 2/28/11 the IDF killed 6,407 Palestinians. Palestinians had killed 1,085 Israelis (30% were IDF).
While not in the proportions you advocate, 85% of deaths have been by the IDF. That's slightly more than 6 Palestinians dying by IDF hands for every Israeli killed by Palestinians.
That may be fine to you but it's clearly a failed "peace" policy.
