The Utica find is under NY and is huge. Are they playing Tony Soprano here and want a big "taste"...Pigs, this is all about control and paying the vig so you can drill. Yes I am cynical. Think about it, especially "Up State" with some of the worse poverty rates and all the young kids leaving. Gee an industry with an exportable commodity ( to other NE states to get off of Saudi and ME oil) and they will screw it up... Damn shame...
