O’Reilly Shamelessly Lies To Cover Obama’s Origins

The once-vaunted Fox News network has joined the rest of the liberal, establishment media in providing cover and concealment for the origins of Barack Obama. This morning on Peter Boyles’ Denver KHOW talk-radio show, Washington Times columnist Jeff Kuhner spoke about the “birther” story and its widely-known (and feared) underground status within the nation’s capital. Boyles has been a hound on the trail of the cover-up for the past three years. Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly, not to mention Glenn Beck and contributor Ann Coulter, long ago jumped into the Orwellian chorus of them who will not see what is directly in front of their faces.

Boyles says that Fox has now gone to the astonishing length of scrubbing its website of O’Reilly’s blatant lying two nights ago, during his “talking points” segment, when he claimed that Obama’s possession of a Connecticut Social Security number is perfectly legitimate because Barack Obama, Sr. lived in that state when he was a student at Harvard University. It is a demonstrably impossible scenario. The e-mails that came in from incredulous Fox News viewers who caught on in a heartbeat to O’Reilly’s mendacity have also been removed from the web and from the site. The material has vanished down the Orwellian memory hole. Laura Ingraham is currently sitting in as the show’s substitute host.

The Democrats must continue trying to stifle the story because, if the truth comes out that the President was not Constitutionally eligible to run for his office, it will cause long-term devastation to the leftist political agenda and to its very foundational party structure. The Democrats staked their entire future on this man-without-a-history, who has broken nearly every promise he made during his 2008 campaign.

The mainstream good-ol’-boy Republicans are turning a blind eye because they believe that it’s a losing political argument. There is no principle within the strategy. It is completely politically shaped and it is without a shred of courage or ethics. They are, not to make a pun here, abjectly ignoring the biggest elephant that has ever walked into the nation’s living room – a President who has a sufficiently dark secret within his history that he is willing to spend millions of dollars in legal fees to keep it from becoming public knowledge. And the Fox News network is now complicit in the dodging of the question: Who is Barack Hussein Obama and from whence came he?

The result of all of this, whether attributable to O’Reilly’s blind ambitions to continue grabbing Presidential interviews or to the influence of the Saudi Arabian News-Corp buy-in with Rupert Murdoch, is that Bill O’Reilly and Fox have become what he once told us is bad – a mendacious blow-hard television pseudo-reporter who does no more than to run interference for the radical left’s destructive political agenda.

COPIES OF ORIGINALS NOW DENIED TO THE PUBLIC IN VIOLATION OF STATE LAW

Short-Form Certificate of Live Birth released by the Hawaii Department of Health within the last few weeks

(Apr. 14, 2011) — On April 12, 2011, The Post & Email reported that a Hawaiian-born resident was denied a copy of his original, long-form birth certificate after visiting the Department of Health and submitting a formal request for it.

Since March 23, 2011, real estate developer, television show host and entrepreneur Donald Trump has been calling for Obama to release his original birth certificate to prove that he was born in the United States. On April 12, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin evidently joined him.

Miki Booth, a former resident of Hawaii whose husband and son were born there, furnished the following information earlier today regarding someone’s visit to the Hawaii Department of Health:

The following is from one of my contacts I received today:

I went to the DOH to see if the detailed BC can still be attained and here’s what I found out:

1. The year 1921 thru present, everyone will receive a computer generated form just like (scan.jpg).
2. Any BC’s 1909-1920 will have a photo copy of the detailed type of BC like (her daughters) and here’s why. The BC’s before 1921 were never entered into the computer and therefore they must go into archives, pull the books with the information, photo copy onto the green certificate and process with seal and stamp. The gentleman actually showed me what one of the books look like and proceeded to explain the photo copy process etc…
3. In (daughters) case because her name has a kahako in it, the line that goes above the “O” in her Hawaiian name, would need to photo copied because the computer program they have does not recognize the kahako and therefore would not place it on the name. The name has to read exact as entered on the BC. The gentleman assured me that this would be the only reasons that anyone would get a detailed BC. Before 1921 or Kahako in a Hawaiian name.
4. It was stated to me that the computer generated forms have been used for several years now and that the reason for that process was so people would not have to wait so long. At one point you did have an option to get a detailed one if you chose to wait and didn’t need one right away. Then they just totally switched over to the computer generated BC’s all together. When that occurred is not clear.

This is what I learned after my question and answer session with the gentleman at DOH. He was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I chose to go early in the AM and that helped out because no one else was in lineJ.

Oh before I forget, I did ask if I really wanted a detailed BC and would be willing to wait for it could I get one then and he said no, because of the budget cuts that the State has been going through over the years, they simply don’t have the manpower to do so.

However, Booth has told The Post & Email that the cost to obtain either the long-form or short-form birth certificate in Hawaii was the same: $10.00, at least until now.

The Department of Health states about “vital records” that “Certified copies of these records may be issued to authorized individuals and used for such diverse purposes as school entry, passports, Social Security participation, driver’s licenses, employment, sports participation, survivor’s benefits, proof of property rights, and other needs.”

A “certified copy” is a duplicate of the original record, not a composite such as the “Certificate of Live Birth” which is a different form lacking the level of detail of the long-form.

Today Booth provided the following additional information:

In 1961 there were several hospitals in HI that had maternity/obstetrics depts. not just the two BO/BS’s family were confused about (Kapiolani and Queens – Queens however did not have a maternity dept in 1961).

Wahiawa General had a maternity ward as did

Kuakini (which closed their obstetrics in 1964)

Kahuku hospital had a maternity ward in 1961 but is now a medical center.

Kaiser Permanente delivered babies as well and of course the Army hospital

Tripler Army Medical Center (Also known as ‘Cripler’)

The Earthfrisk blog reported in late 2008 that no hospital in Hawaii had any records on Obama’s birth or his mother ever having been there.

The Hawaii Office of Information Practices states that anyone denied access to a government record under the state’s UIPA, or open records law, can file a complaint with the OIP, and, if unsatisfied with the decision rendered, may file an appeal in circuit court. The Post & Email was denied access to records maintained by the Hawaii Elections Office and filed a complaint with the OIP last fall. When the OIP was unsuccessful in compelling the Elections Office to release the records, which were already in the public domain, we informed the OIP that we would file a lawsuit. The following day, the documents were released via email.

Why would a person be denied access to his original birth certificate by the Health Department in violation of the UIPA law? Over the last two weeks, The Post & Email has contacted the offices of Ms. Loretta Fuddy, Acting Director; Dr. Alvin Onaka, Registrar; Lt. Gov. Brian Schatz and Governor Neil Abercrombie. None of them have responded by phone or email. Our Petition letter sent on March 17 has also been ignored even though we know they have been received.
