While you evade that question, lets focus on what you claim is true. You say they were legally married? Fine. Please show a link to that marriage certificate.

Hmmmm? What about that missing page 11? You know, the page that references they had a child born of this marriage. A child born in Kenya.

Post #879 has the info on the marriage record on file with the State of Hawaii. I don’t know of a certificate (is it even out there?) but the marriage record, along with the divorce court documents, are determinative that they were married on Feb 2,1961.

On page two it states:
“The libellant and libellee were married in Wailuku, Maui, State of Hawaii, on February 2, 1961 by a person duly authorized to perform marriage ceremonies and ever since then have been and are husband and wife.”
That’s the key point.
Another key point. On page 3 it states “One child, Barack Hussein Obama II” was born “as issue of said marriage” on Aug 4, 1961. there is nothing noting the place of birth.
Another key point on the ‘missing’ page 11. There are two pages of receipts for the delivery of the divorce serving papers to BHO Sr, as a partof exhibit A, between numbered pages 10 and 12, so there is no page 11, but there may not be anything at all missing from the record, only the fact that page 11 was simply left un-numbered as it was a xerox copy of receipts.
I’m not here to prove to you what was IN the divorce decree, or on ‘page 11’, only to state that there WAS a divorce that indicated a marriage between Barack Obama’s parents. If you are looking for a smoking gun of something about Barack Obama II on page 11, doubtful; the mention of Barack Obama II is on page 3 only.
Recall, this whole “they werent married” fable was about arguing against a newspaper announcement of their birth that said “Mr and Mrs Barack Obama”. Now, as we now know they were indeed married on Feb 2, 1961, there is not reason to suppose they couldnt be referred to as husband or wife and the “issue of said marriage’ could very easily o said, in that day and age, to be born to “Mr and Mrs Barack Obama”.
