How did he get his pass port?
When I got mine I had to show the official BC. This form had the hospital with address, date and time of birth, the doctors signature, my mothers signature, her place of birth, race and occupation, my dad's race, occupation and place of birth, complications during delivery, other children, other pregnancies and the official seal of the county.
I could not use the COLB which has little information beyond that I was born.
