Obama showed his COLB, which has his parentage and place and time of birth. There is no ‘principle’ or law requiring any more than that wrt his birth.
His COLB was a doctored fake. He didn’t show it, only a digital image online that showed (in the high-resolution image) that it had been manipulated.
Have you seen the actual paper copy of his COLB? I thought not.
And when did “African” become a race? Africa is a contenent, not a race. The COLB means nothing at all.

Wrong, he showed nothing, some one posted a jpg file that claimed to be a copy of his COLB. There are many freepers that have debunked that fake jpg.
