Stop with the damn birth certificate! he said. Stop! According to him, it is a non-issue that only detracts from the real problem in America, which is progressives fundamentally transforming America.
If youre going to lose your country were going to lose it on a birth certificate? he asked. You have a real opportunity to talk about American exceptionalism instead youre going to waste time on the birth certificate?
Youre out of your mind if you think that is a winning argument for the next election. Youre out of your mind. You have to go fight the battle on the principles of America!

That's only germane if her Hawaiian CoLB (assuming she actually has one link?) says she was born in Hawaii and not Indonesia.
he must be sweating. You’re shooting him down one time after another. He’s being proved 100% wrong over and over.
It’s pretty fun to watch.
I have answered this already, but it makes sense to require candidates to show proof of birthplace and proof of citizenship at birth to show eligibility to be on the ballot.
Now, the question back to you is: If a document is sufficient for proving place of birth and citizenship at birth for purposes of getting a passport, is that enough for this purpose? If not, why not, and what additional specific information are you requiring?
I do not believe a law can simply say ‘long form’ and make sense. The specific require information needs to be stated for the law to work.
I’m pretty remote in AZ as well. Small town and lots of firepower all around. It has mellowed over the years but it’s still not a Brady Bill paradise ;)
And remember, The COLB is valid, real... ;)
Think I’ll get that tatooed and have fuzzy sign it to memorialize this stimulating evening! ;)
You simply and clearly like leaving loopholes open for illegitimate Presidents, which is your choice, but an obviously liberal position, and one that violates the US Constitution which any President is sworn to uphold. Obama is certainly proud of you, so sleep well tonight.
Sounds ok to me, but since the long form is not a legal term, each state has different forms, you will be stuck with requiring whatever birth certificate documentation is sufficient to prove place of birth and get passports, etc.....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
Your opinion that a long form birth certificate is not a legal term is laughable. But speaking of passports, do you believe a Hawaiian COLB is proof enough to get one?
Do you believe Bammie traveled to Packistan on a COLB? Why won’t he release his passport records? Not to mention his college transcripts.
Boom! Nice post.
There are specific options on government forms. You can’t call yourself whatever race you want or make up what you prefer.
“Africans referred to themselves as Africans... on government forms...”
The dad wasn’t even there at the time of the birth, right? He’s being flown off at the airport with Mr. Dunham smiling. At least that’s the nativity story.
So out of state Barrack Sr. names his son “Barack” the 2nd (who was the first?) and lists “African” as the race when it’s not even an option on the form?
??
Its pretty fun to watch.
It's easy. :-)
You're mixing up things here. 0b0z0 WAS and still is Hawaii's last queen!
The issue isn't Obama's racial classification. It's his father's. Kenyans in 1961 were proud of their continent and were looking forward to being cut loose from the British Commonwealth. So, it's hardly surprising that BHO, Sr. thought of his race as African
.
And what makes you think the 1961 regulations of Federal Vital Statistic of these United States
cut any at the Hawaii Department of Health?
It was a journalistic error that got inserted into an article. Some journalist mistakenly decided to state Queens Hospital as Honolulu Obama’s birthplace. It was traced back to wikipedia.
But none of Obama’s family members ever stated that.
I made an error with calling Kapiolani “last queen” (she was Hawaii’s penultimate queen). My error is like the original error the journalist made - i made an incorrect assumption, a goof not a ‘lie’. But this is a lesson in how birthers operate I guess. Take a minor error and blow it out of proportion to confuse the point, which was to correct the false claim about Obama’s family saying he was born in two different hospitals. They didnt.
The original point stands and the basic truth I stated originally: His family and his official bio say he was born in Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.
Nobody in his family ever said anything else.
Well, you can have WND crack investigators weigh in:
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=73214
“A separate WND investigation into Obama’s certification of live birth utilizing forgery experts also found the document to be authentic. The investigation also revealed methods used by some of the bloggers to determine the document was fake involved forgeries, in that a few bloggers added text and images to the certificate scan that weren’t originally there.”
Well if those Chi-Town bath house rumors are true, he may well be!
Tell me, since you seem so disagreeable to statement that Obama was born in Honolulu and there is evidence to back it up:
Where was Obama born? What is your evidence?
I can. You can. The media however does not cover many issues at the same time. You need the media to focus on the correct issues. Bringing up the birth certificate issue distracts from more important messages.
This is pretty basic stuff in politics. What I am telling you is without question.
“I do not believe a law can simply say long form and make sense. The specific require information needs to be stated for the law to work.”
You are parsing words again.
Yes, maybe “long form” is poor wording.
How about “ birth certificate “?
That is what you get from a hospital.
It has signatures of mother and doctor.
Maybe Obambie was born in a tree, or on a beach.
I guess that would qualify for the stupid COLB.
Yea...why don’t your guys use that as an excuse?
If your crowd thinks he was born in Kapioloni, then put up
the real birth certificate, or shut up.
You mentioned that the REAL birth certificate might have something embarrassing. What would that be?
Could it be that it would disqualify him?
Inquiring minds want to know, as this Marxist tool has his finger on the buttons.
If Obama's COLB was genuine it would NOT say "African" as his race. Then Obama must have been born in Mombasa, Kenya just like Granny Sarah said.
And what makes you think the "1961 regulations of Federal Vital Statistic of these United States" cut any at the Hawaii Department of Health?
Hawaii was a state in these United States in 1961 - right?
You can look at the excerpted regulation that I posted at 556 that includes "Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (Combined)" are "races and color." Oh yeah, Hawaii followed the US regulation in 1961.
ROTFLOL! So now the hated WND is an authority! Well, since no one at WND or any other place on earth besides the Factcheck interns ever saw a paper COLB, any decisions about authenticity or lack thereof are still not 100% resolved, although the weight of evidence overwhelmingly points to “FAKE”!
When a paper COLB is presented in a court of law, and is proven authentic, start a thread, okay?
You first have to establish that the form offered options
, and not just a space in which to print or type. In 2011, we have radio buttons. In 1961, they had paper.
And, in any case, it's the race of BHO, Sr. that we're discussing, not that of their little bastard (Stanley Ann wasn't really married, given BHO, Sr. was already married at the time of their supposed marriage).
But wait, I thought you didn’t want to deal in ‘kook blogger theories’ and ‘old rehashed’ whatever drivel you were spewing earlier? Isnt WND ‘kook central” for birthers? Or are you picking the one thing out of thousands of pages of WND research that gives you the smallest bit of cover? But then...
Red Steel seems to have just blasted your prized The COLB is valid, real... theory and WND’s “crack team” to hell a few posts back. Where is your reply to that?
Inquiring minds wanna know!
