So what does a Caucasion from Africa or South Africa consider their race? If they put down African on the BC info would the child be a Negro or caucasian for natality purposes? How would the official know?

If BHO, Sr. had given Aryan as his race, it would not affect Obama's eligibility.

Also, consider someone attempting a deception would have avoided raising eyebrows. In this case, that would have meant putting Negro as the race. However, all accounts suggest BHO, Sr. was proud of his Kenyan nationality and African origin and probably did not want to be lumped in with descendents of those his own forefathers may well have sold into slavery.

2. MSNBC is as reputable a source as Wikipedia for political information and wise people avoid associating themselves with/getting information from disreputable sources.

3. Dr. Fukino has issued conflicting statements regarding the BC issue and as such she is not a reliable source of information regardless of her ‘official status. These conflicting statements have fueled the issue. When a cop gets conflicting testimony from a witness he does not take their word for it, he continues investigating.

4. Because you don’t like “facts” like your own posted images showing different documents and claiming them to be ‘the’ proof, it us US throwing a tantrum? It is you that refuse to admit your error.

5. Alternate strawmen. The issue can only be resolved by the long form BC. It will show where he was born. If that is in HI, so be it.

No little j, I live in the real world not in a secluded wooded lot. This little example of what would happen in a revolution type scenario, demonstrates just how out of touch you are. If extreme havoc did occur just in cities, major roads would be blocked, major businesses would shut down and our military would declare marshal law. Now on the major roads say I-95 corridor, you have thousands of trucks loaded with fuel, food, clothing, etc. travelling to other parts of Country, even where you are. What happens when the truck drivers are pulled out of their trucks or mobs of people block the roads? Remember small scale with Rodney King this will be much larger. The deliveries in those trucks will be at a stand still and fuel and food shortages will occur. The economy is fragile already, could you imagine the impact of this scenario? Everyone in the nation will be affected. As far as your crocodile analogy, just don’t let the crocodile get hungry and there will be no need to eat people. The only way to contest the document successfully is to get the State of Hawaii to disavow it. So far, the State has declined to do that, despite being given ample opportunity. If it were a forgery, you can bet Linda Lingle would have ordered her people to send the file to the Bush Department of Justice, and Zero would have been out of the race.

Maybe in 2012, if some state passes a ballot qualification law requiring proof of birth, and Obama tenders his CoLB, and the state refuses to accept it, we'll see Hawaii formally vouch for it, or not, in federal court. More than likely, it will be proven valid, and Obama will win more votes than he'll lose when the court orders the Man to accept it.

IOW, net, the birther circus will prove a loss to conservatism.

You’re welcome to your opinion, but I’ll ask you the same question that true constitutional conservatives need to be asking our current crop of media stars like Beck, Coulter, and Levin:

Do you, or do you not, support each and every US state implementing a mechanism which requires by law that each potential candidate for US President provide (at a minimum) a long form birth certificate for public examination, to prove they were born in the USA, before they are even allowed on the ballot of that state?

And if you do not, the next question is obviously, why not? Isn’t this an obvious oversight and loophole in our current electoral process, that has led to the current and likely continued crisis?
