Not just Coulter, but Levin who’s written books about the Constitution. Don’t know that he’s ever appeared or even filed cases in the SCOTUS. Just big, huge disappointments one and all.
Were you around in the 90s? Bill Clinton violated the Constitution and committed any number of crimes, but he got away with it. It’s a shame, but it happened.
My question for you is: would you rather be right and Obama continue to wreck the country, or would you rather Obama and his agenda be rejected by voters, but know he got away with something he would probably get away with anyway.

You state as fact that Obama was born in Hawaii. I don't know how you know this. I don't know this and I have been studying it for 3 years. Hawaii had an unbelievably lax birth certifying system. They only became a state in 1959, so we are only two years hence at the claimed time of Obama’s birth. Hawaii had several, up to five if I remember correctly, different vital documents. Some of which would allow a foreign born birth to be registered as a Hawaiian birth. (making it a United States birth). Which type of vital record does Obama have, since you must have seen it.
Moving on. “His mother was an American citizen.” Maybe so, but there might be a problem. IF, and I say if since without Obama’s long form birth certificate, we don't know for sure who Obama’s legal father was. Let's assume that Barrack Obama Sr. is Obama’s father and Stanley Anne Dunham is his mother and that Obama can not PROVE he was born in the U.S. or was not born in the U.S.
In this case he wouldn't be a “Natural Born Citizen”, he wouldn't even be a citizen, since his mother did not meet the requirements at the time to convey citizenship to Obama. She wasn't old enough. Barrack Sr. was British subject (citizen) at the time and never was a U.S. citizen.
His mothers citizenship has no bearing on Obama’s citizenship. He is only a citizen if he was born here. He very well may have been, but he hasn't PROVED it. I think he needs to PROVE it. Your telling me so isn't enough.

WRONG you are again. IF he were born here, he would be a “citizen at birth”. BUT, we don't have PROOF of that yet, so we don't know.
Being “citizen at birth”, doesn't make you a “Natural Born Citizen”. It just means you were born a citizen as opposed to being naturalized. Actually it is “citizen by birth” or “citizen by statute”.
“Natural Born Citizen” on the other hand is a specific constitutional (Article II, Section 1, Clause 5) requirement to be president. It was commonly known at the time of the constitution as being born on U.S. soil by two citizen parents. IF Barrack Obama Sr., is Obama’s dad, his British citizenship (actually, lack of U.S. citizenship)disqualifies Obama Jr. from being a “Natural Born Citizen” PERIOD. End of story.
“Supreme Court rulings” There have been no rulings on Obama’s eligibility.
“newspaper records” Ah, the infamous newspaper records. This makes me laugh.
“How do you folks in the U.S. determine if someone is eligible to the presidency?” “Oh, it's easy, we just look in the newspaper to see if there is an unverified birth announcement”.
The newspaper just takes what it is given and runs with it. They check NOTHING. It has been reported recently by an investigator in Hawaii, that the birth announcement for Obama was NOT provided by either of the two hospitals. It was submitted by a clinic in close proximity to grandma's house. To date, there has been no actual newspaper shown in the media. They only have questionable microfilm.
“the COLB”. Ah the famous COLB. This record is a short form document without much information. It only points to the fact that there is another document (vital record), that this information was gleaned from. Democrats want us to accept this less than complete document without knowing what vital record it points to. Is it one of those vital records that allows people born in foreign countries to get a Hawaiian birth certificate? Not to mention that several experts have testified that the COLB released by the campaign is a photo-shopped forgery.
“public statements of state officials” This is a double edged sword. Do you mean the Governor Abercrombe who said no birth certificate exists? Do you mean the former manager that says it was common knowledge that the birth certificate doesn't exist? I'll bet you like the Democrat Fukino who said it did. Who to believe? Doesn't sound settled to me.

Let's end on a note of agreement. You are probably right about this one. I think this ship has sailed. But, this ship has a second voyage planned and we need to make sure that this time the ship has all of its papers in order and follows all the laws of the United States and the various states.
We can NEVER allow this happen again. That someone with no past, dubious associations, and foreign loyalties is allowed to run for the highest office in the land without meeting the constitutional requirements for the office.
The last presidential election was a travesty and a national embarrassment in that NEITHER major party candidate was eligible for the office they sought, and no one asked them to prove it.

You misunderstood me. I’m not against the demanding the birth certificate. But that goes hand in hand, at the same time, with him proving eligibility as a “natural born citizen”. I want both.
Well he quotes MSNBC as a source and won’t explain why he keeps posting a number of discredited and meaningless ‘facts’...what else should we believe?

You know, the one you stopped talking to me about on the other thread when I pointed out how he really did obfuscate his records to keep those pesky constitutionalist, NBC-pushing “birthers” of his day at bay? Too bad those naturalization records of his father didn’t come out until after everyone was dead and gone. No way to adjudicate whether lying to the American people to become President is treason. Oh well. Like Solomon says, nothing new under the sun.
