Birthers should put their challenges about President Barack Obama’s origins “to bed,” his half-sister says.
The continuing debate over whether he was born in the United States or Kenya, Indonesia or elsewhere is “unfortunate,” Maya Soetoro-Ng said in an interview with CNN set to air Tuesday night. “He was born in Hawaii, there is a tremendous amount of proof that has already been presented.”

IMHO, Maya's disinformation is a misstep, and opens up the Soetoro adoption/citizenship status/name change can of worms.

Not defnding the fraud, but a # at birth is a recent thing. In the 70's and 80's you needed a # when you entered the workforce, usually as a teen.
He could have been born in the Lincoln Bedroom but if his father was Obama Sr. a British/Kenyan he is not a Natural Born Citizen!
She’s 9 years younger than Obama and wasn’t there when he was born. She knows only what she’s been told. I doubt she has seen any documents other than the ones published for public consumption.

If he was born in a hospital in Hawaii how come no one has come forward who might have shared a room with mom? First, back in the 60’s women were kept in the hospital for a number of days, unlike today when they’re released in a day or two. I can remember the women who I shared a room with after having each of my children and I certainly would recall if any of them had given birth to a mixed race baby.
I also find it interesting that SAD was able to pick up and travel with a newborn so soon after the birth of her first child. She doesn’t look like the hardiest woman and popping out that first one can be a little traumatic.
Don’t make me laugh, no “proof” has been presented whatsoever.
Obama’s sister can’t even get straight what hospital he was born in. She is a new age space case, depend on nothing she says. I believe she is a grade school teacher
