Does Hawaii ever release long-form birth certificates?
World Net Daily ^ | 04/11/2011 | Staff

Posted on 04/11/2011 5:56:30 PM PDT by Smokeyblue

A former official with the Hawaii Department of Health says the computer image of a "Certification of Live Birth" displayed by the Obama campaign in 2008 to demonstrate the candidate's constitutional eligibility as a "natural born citizen" to occupy the Oval Office is the only document the state releases.

But testimony and documents from others who have received them from the state simply by requesting them raises questions about the comments of Chiyome Fukino, former head of the state agency in charge of birth records, including those that may reveal details of Barack Obama's 1961 birth.

It was in an interview with MSNBC that Fukino affirmed that the image of a short-form COLB is what the state releases.

"What he got, everybody got," Fukino said during the interview. "He put out exactly what everybody gets when they ask for a birth certificate."

For someone who is obviously so intelligent, she simply has drank the Obama Birth Certificate Kool Aid on this one and ranted on and on and repeated EVERY single Obama/Lame Stream Media/RINO "Talking Point," while mocking and disparaging Trump

She's been mocking anyone for a long time who points BO/BS is violating Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution because he is not a natural born citizen.

It is true that a person can order their Hawaiian long form birth certificate. I posted a youtube video of a woman in the Honolulu Dept.of Health doing exactly that. I had helped send a researcher to HI last July and requested that she record her time spent in the DOH. This is from that day.

It was filmed in mid-July ‘10.

The link to my post, the VIDEO is near the bottom of the post if ya don’t feel like readin’

Exactly half way down with your tab you see the paragraph 38-13a of the Hawaii statute, dealing with making copies, wherein all methods of copying is at the discretion of the director. Does that mean Obama can tamper with the
“discretion of the director?

Also, an ‘anti-birther,’ by the name of ‘El Sordo,’ personally verified it! — if memory serves me.

TEN DOLLARS!

http://www.bluegrasspundit.com/2011/04/why-does-press-goes-wild-because.html

That’s all it costs to get the long form birth certificate.

Dem supporters have paid legal fees of over $2,000,000 to fight us seeing a $10 documnet.

WHY????????

Wake up!

Somebody is lying. From the article:

Moreover, on Oct. 13, 2010, a contributor with the username "Danae" posted on FreeRepublic.com a copy of her long-form birth certificate originally issued in 1969, but which the Hawaii Department of Health mailed to her on Sept. 28, 2010, after she paid a $10 fee.

Also from the article....

To verify her transaction, she also posted a receipt she was sent Sept. 28, 2010, by the Hawaii state agency, documenting the $10 fee to get her long-form, hospital-generated certificate.

...something stinks, and I believe the Freeper.

I don't get. What's the problem you see with that? Nothing is contradictory there that I can see.

According to the Hawaii Department of Health's own web site, they do:

Link Here

“Copies of the set of testimony used to establish a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth may also be requested, and an additional fee is charged for each copy of the set of testimony.”

Hehehe! I had fun, but I think she (the researcher) had to have been wicked nervous.

I sent tons of micro-sized recording instruments with her just in the hopes that something like the opportunity of “The Lady in Brown” would happen! The Interrogator (my nic for my friend the researcher) did some fine work there.

You want to see something even BETTER? You need to have a look at this post.

It shows that the FAMOUS Index Data Book for births in 1960-1964 does not have the fricken date range in the header on the pages!

Thats right, the Index Book listing obama Jr. does not have the official date range, but all of the other Index Data books she imaged that day in Honolulu Dept. of Health have the official information.

No joke:

Although original birth certificates (Certificates of Live Birth) are preferred for their greater detail, the State Department of Health (DOH) no longer issues Certificates of Live Birth. When a request is made for a copy of a birth certificate, the DOH issues a Certification of Live Birth.

True, they no longer issue if requested in the normal manner. That does not mean the original longform is not on file. They are playing semantics when talking about issuing birth certificates. That is not the point here. The point is having access to the longform that is on file. This talk about what the department now issues or does not issue is a red herring. They are being misleading if they insist that the DOH doesn't have copies of the longform and those copies cannot be accessed.Copies of the longform are kept on microfiche or microfilm.

From the Department of Hawaiian Homelands Site:

The State Department of Health, the State Archives, and the State Bureau of Conveyances are just a few places where you can look for and obtain primary and secondary documents. Certified copies of records can be obtained for a fee.

How do they define primary documents?

Birth certificates (Certificates of Live Birth and Certifications of Live Birth) and Certificates of Hawaiian Birth are the primary documents used to determine native Hawaiian qualification

In addition, you have the Hawaii Revised Statutes:

92-31 Disposition of original record. A photograph, microphotograph, reproduction on film, or electronic form of a government record shall be placed in conveniently accessible files and provisions made for preserving, examining, and using the same. Thereafter, a public officer, after having first received the written approval of the comptroller as provided in section 94-3, may cause such record, paper, or document to be destroyed. The comptroller may require, as a prerequisite to the granting of such approval, that a reproduction or print of such photograph, microphotograph, or reproduction on film, or electronic form of the record be delivered into the custody of the public archives for safekeeping. The comptroller may also require the delivery into the custody of another governmental department or agency or a research library of any such record, paper, or document proposed to be destroyed under the provisions of this section.

So, either the original microfiche copy is still available or a complete reproduction of it in electronic form is available. To put something in electronic form and not copy all the data on the original document would be against the law. Where these files have to be accessible and provisions have to be made for examining them, it would be misleading for the Department of Health to say that the information on the original Certificate of Live Birth is no longer available. Under Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18, those with a direct and tangible interest in the record are permitted inspection of public health statistics records. That would include either the microfiche or electronic copy of the original Certificate of Live Birth.

A most amusing theory. If you can account for how Gramps got it past Toot. And why they stayed together and put little Barry through Punahou.

Donald Trump is a useful idiot. Nothing more. Nothing less. He's a self-promoter whose interests maybe happen to align with the GOP about now. If he embarrasses Obama, I will yell attaboy! If he embarrasses himself only, well, that's the Donald!

A guy who contributed ~25K to Charlie Rangel has about as much reason to reside at the White House as a guy who contributed ~25K to Reverend Wright (and currently resides there).

You two need to learn to read an entire post before flaming off. If you read the freakin’ bottom you see that I believe the FREEPER, which means I agree with the process listed.

If you see who the post is sent TO, you will conclude that I believe that persons post to be based on false information.
