They just wanted to divide it without us fighting back.

Did Governor Moonbeam miss the 1960s and early 1970s? Political assassinations, anti-war protests and race riots across the country. This is nothing compared to then. The primary reason why it appears so divided is that back then political parties were less divided by ideological lines, but instead had significant regional divisions so that there were conservative southern Democrats and liberal northeaster Republicans.
