Passing CCW in Wisconsin will make CCW easier in Illinois. When Illinois becomes the ONLY state to completely deny CCW, and when ALL the surrounding states are "shall issue" and have not experienced problems from being "shall issue" staying "no issue" becomes especially hard to justify for Illinois.

Places with major organized crime presence really hate CCW. It makes it harder for thugs to intimidate people when their targets are armed and trained.
