That, my FRiend, happened on November 4, 2008. The rest is only reprecussions of that and the worse is yet to come. On earlier threade, the concenus was that this was a great Republican victory over the Democrats. If it it was then:

The Battle of Britian was a victory over the British by the Germans, The Battle for Stalingrad was a victory over the Russians by the Germans. The Battle of Normandy was a victory over the Allies by the Germans. The Battle of Midway was a victory over the United States by the Japanese. The Battle for Gudacanal was a victory over the United States by the Japanese.
