Professor’s research ruffles former Palin spokesman

EXCERPT....Scharlott said he first became interested in the pregnancy hoax rumor after Palin was nominated as a vice-presidential candidate, and said he was fascinated that no one from McCain’s camp chose to rebut the rumor.

In his paper, Scharlott says that the “oddness of the McCain’s campaign response to the fake birth rumors should have caused reporters, ostensibly skeptical by training and nature, to wonder if something was amiss.”

Those who throw mud always have filty hands. Here’s another snake crawling about the tenured tower who should be taken out and solidly stomped upon . His background should be fully examined and exposed. That includes what goes on in his classes (if he has any) who his students are or were., Where they are now abd what they are doing. Leaving nothing sacroscant including family. But first grade him on his unproven assertion.

Here’s some guy who because he has some papers claiming he is a professor of journalism making an serious accusation without producing substance demanding others refute his assertions simply because he has papers..

Sarah Louise Palin

Born February 11, 1964 in Sandpoint, ID (Meets the Jus Soli Requirement)

Parents were
Charles R Heath, born in ID
Sarah Sheeran, born in WI

Both parents were US Citizens at the time of her birth (Meets the Jus Sanguinis Requirement)

Sarah Palin is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN unlike Comrade Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama.

1) this guy is a total nutcase whackjob (Scharlott)
2) this is a student newspaper at a major public school (i.e. less trustworthy and objective than Pravda during the cold war)

Scholarly research? Seriously? This is why tenure needs to be revoked.

Trig was born April 18, 2008; Tripp on December 29, 2008. (The family seems to be kind of stuck in a rut on naming kids.)

That’s about 8.5 months.

I would think a conspiracy killer would be photos of Bristol in spring of 2008. There have got to be some around, and I bet she is quite obviously non-pregnant.

Something WAS amiss, but not what this jerk suspects.

McCain's handlers hated Sarah Palin so much that they did everything they possibly could to undermine her, apparently not even caring if that might cost McCain the Presidency.

Why? Because Sarah was the real thing, and McCain and his handlers were all reach-across-the-aisle professional left-wing RINOs. Unfortunately this "academic" suffers from the same progressive disease.

This is hilarious. Just take those very same words and apply them to Obama, but that would never even cross this guy’s mind. Reporters, ostensibly skeptical by training and nature....?

It’s truly pathetic that liberal morons are still trying to push this line of BS.

It gives you an idea of how terrified they are that she will decide to run at the last moment. IMO, if they are that terrified then they must have a damn good reason for it. They know something about her that we don’t.... such as the way she reacts when she is angry or scared which is much different than troubled, worried or concerned.

Agreed. And it was the McCain camp that sabotaged Sarah, too.

I vaguely remember the "pregnancy hoax" claim. Wasn't the Left saying Trig really belonged to Bristol?

Since Bristol was knocked-up by "fiance" Levi Johnston with a different baby, what's the parentage of Trig supposed to be now? Do we need DNA tests? /s

The whole thing is absurd.

“The family seems to be kind of stuck in a rut on naming kids.)”

I’ve read that Sarah has Scandinavian roots, an interest in Norse culture. Trig can be taken as a form of the Norse word “trygg,” meaning, roughly,
“secure” or “protected.”

It couldn't possibly be that the rumor was so transparently false that there was no need to "rebut" it.....

Why give traction to an issue that doesn't exist except in the fevered minds of a few? McCain's campaign made a lot of bad moves, but this wasn't one of them.

Sheesh....

The strangest thing of all.

Let’s assume Bristol is actually Trig’s mother and Sarah is pretending to be his mother for some remarkably obscure reason.

No law has been broken. Who has been harmed? Why is it anybody else’s business?

Let’s leave aside the obvious fact that Bristol’s chance of having a Down’s child were less than one in 1500, Sarah’s about one in 30. Which is more likely, that the child is Bristol’s or Sarah’s?

These guys have apparently never heard of Occam’s Razor.
