It looks like a sword or knife wound, a slashing vertical blow that connected only at the tip of a very sharp weapon
with an attempted thrust at the bottem end.Obama was already falling away from the blow sideways IMHO.No wonder he disappeared for a few years when he was supposed to be in Columbia University.I bet many Arabs know exactly what happened, do you suppose he was due to be executed by Sharia law when he was in Pakistan, for smoking dope, or homo-sexuality? Saved at the last moment or something like that by an intervention?This was a life threatening wound.

I can’t imagine what elective surgery it could possibly be, so assume it wasn’t.Unless it was a face transplant a complete wrap around.But there would be many lateral scars , not just one vertical?

Obama is not at all who he claims to be. I am afraid we have a cypher as president.I want him gone yesterday.

No, look at photos of both sides of his head. It starts behind his right ear and goes upward, across the top rear of his skull, then down behind his left ear. A sword blow that created that wound would have split his skull.

Some folks are saying its just the way his hair parts.

(Of course, there are also injuries from the Day of Ashura festivities to consider...)
