but all must recognize that only ONE branch of govt is trying to do the right thing..
the other two still have their heads up their a**es and the power to prevail...

Not quite. Republicans have control of one half of only one branch of government.
If we can take the Senate and the White House next year, we'll control two branches, with a very slim conservative majority in the third.
