Why such an error? What if they never caught it? Doesn’t make me feel very good about the voting system there.

Guarantee if the clerk was a Rat, you would never hear a thing. They would be shredded like they were in that other county.

Perhaps, just once, the Republicans played the game. The dems were knocking out 200 votes, now they need 7000. I can hope old FRiend.

I would think prior to certification, all preliminary numbers are reconciled at the precinct level. They'd certainly be caught during a recount. In any election close enough for a single precinct to sway the results, a recount would probably be requested.

I would also point out that no one should be surprised that officials in an area that votes overwhelmingly Republican would be... well, Republican!

There's nothing wrong with the system, just the dimwit republican broad who was responsible for the loss of those ballots........

She needs to be relieved of duty........or fired.

I don't think it was an error. I just wasn't reported to the AP.

Probably just an oversight, but maybe, just maybe, the GOP is starting to get the hang of how to beat the voter fraud. Hold back a significant block of votes with a clear paper trail, wait for 'rats to manufacture their votes, then "correct" the "oversight".

That would probably be giving Republicans too much credit, though.

So the Dims wouldn't know how many votes to steal. In Illinois, the Chicago machine has done this for decades.
