Yeah, what is that? I’ve seen windmills all over PA and even in a stiff breeze they aren’t turning. And I’m talking about 20 or so. Isn’t wind supposed to make them go around???????????????????
Once a windmill has been built and all the subsidy checks have been cashed, its profit potential is pretty much used up. Why spend money on maintenance so the windmill can generate electricity? That was never the primary purpose anyway.
