I predict the liberal judge will win in the end.

There will be a recount and reviews and canvassing and all that, but, in the end, there will be undiscovered votes, or the recount totals will increase for the liberal. And that will put her over the top. That’s just how these things work, sadly.

You may be right...but with recounts, chaos, lawsuits & appeals she might not be seated until 2012.
