Wisconsin City Caught Destroying Ballots
Pundit Press ^ | 4/6/11 | Thomas Ferdousi

Posted on 04/06/2011 1:44:56 PM PDT by therightliveswithus

As if the situation in Wisconsin wasn't tense enough, it appears that one county in particular is going to a new extreme. This comes after word that there may have been voter fraud in the nonpartisan State Supreme Court election yesterday between incumbent David Prosser and JoAnne Kloppenburg.

For some reason one of the counties in the state is destroying ballots that 'were not counted' yesterday. Apparently this is a very bizarre and egregious move.

There is now a call for an injunction to preserve the 'discarded' ballots:

I have filed a Wisconsin Open records request with the City of Mequon demanding any ballot submitted but not cast in yesterday's election, including any remnant of a shredded ballot. We have received reports Mequon poll workers destroyed submitted ballots before poll closing time, demanding a driver’s license number from the absentee voter. This request is unusual and the destruction of ballots is of grave concern, given the closeness of the state Supreme Court election. I will consider seeking an injuction to back up my request if Mequon officials are not copperative [sic]. Mark Belling, April 6, 2011

Reports on radio said that UW-Madison students not only voted by absentee ballot (from their hometowns) but also cast ballots in Madison. Happens every election. A man called in today to local radio and said he witnessed it again today. Dem business as usual.

Again, I want to express my anger in cuss words but will refrain and do this instead. SON OF A #*^$&*($&*# !!!!!

You know, I've been feeling like that all day long in light of the Wisconsin (just the latest) voter fraud.

If I were the host of Sesame Street today, I just know the letter of the day would be "F." Fortunately for the kiddies at home, I'm safely ensconced here behind my computer.

...why has the WI Republican legislature passed a voter ID law?

I think that's on their list, that is, when they can get a quorum to do business. An awful lot of states are just now getting on board with this, including my own state of Texas. The resulting hideous shrieks from the Left lead us to believe we are onto something.

How can this be proven? And is there a remedy to be sought?

I am not likely to vote anymore where I live, this only makes me even less likely..... why bother to vote when the other side is too strong?

We’re in a tyranny. Ever since that hack judge Sumi stopped the budget law, one lousy lib stopping a law, we’ve been under a tyranny. We inch closer to civil war. The dems seem to want it. If our votes no longer count, then what are we to do but use our last remaining rights. They’re poking the bear and that’s not a good idea.

The only way that conservatism can come back is a civil war & the conservatives are not up to it. We are screwed.

My words for the day would start with G and end with n, but that would be taking The Lord’s name in vain. Then I’d add Son of a Beach,,,etc.

I need to turn off the computer for today.

I’ll stroke out if I don’t.

I was up until 1am reading the election thread.

Worked all day with talk radio on.

Really, I can’t take it anymore.

Good Evening Freepers.

The guy who witnessed it could go to the Gov’t Accountability Board. But it’s full of demorats.
We have a truly corrupt state.
Gov. Walker has only been in office a short time.
We were ruled by the worst dem rat before that, “Diamond” Jim Doyle, or Doyle the Boil as I called him.
Our courts are stacked with libs.
It sucks.

Good night, turning off the computer.

Yeah, if you can find a court honest enough to let it progress to the point of a conviction!

They don’t need a quorom to vote on voter id legislation.

I read that they do, since it entails a lot of budgetary issues: issuing free I.D.'s to all the fictional I.D.-less souls wandering the streets, educating the electorate concerning the new law, etc. Here in Texas, it's going to cost the state a couple of million to implement, according to its detractors. Of course, the actual cost will be maybe a couple hundred grand - much less if we would just stop printing everything in Mexican.

the real decision is going to be made by judges who have to decide if they like being removed by maniacal union thugs.

Sitting judges tend to circle the waggons to protect their own jobs.it also depends on how much the other sitting judges like this particular challengers.

It is all about knowing the judges.

For some reason one of the counties in the state is destroying ballots that 'were not counted' yesterday.

Here's how you stop Democrat voter fraud. You see the above sentence, where the writer and editor state that the reason for the destruction of the ballots is unknown? That's the MSM not only dumbing down the population to rocklike levels, but also limiting the discussion of this event to the level of a 3 year old passed out on cough syrup.

That, right there, is the ENTIRE reason the Rats get away with this sh!t - because the public forum to confront them has been seized, locked up and functionally destroyed by the MSM.

The solution, therefore, is obvious. Arrest the writer and editor of that sentence, and convict them of sedition, and sentence them to LIFE in prison without the possibility of parole.

Do it a few times, and "magically", voter fraud will stop.

The power of the MSM to destroy the country has been grossly, and almost fatally, underappreciated.

Well, it seems by above post #135 referenced a sarcastic comment by a blogger exposing the fraud - not instigating it. So while I can, and do, still back the concept of going after the seditious MSM, the particular quote I referenced was not made for seditious purposes. Sorry about that.

I’m going to get another cup of coffee.

I thought Mark’s fill in host said the reason why Lake Mills didn’t report in sooner was they stopped counting last night “because they were doing it wrong”????

Is that what you heard too?

Yep, that's what he said. Not to worry, the judge in charge of the recount is Klop’s mentor...

The Dems mostly win because so many “indies” and “conservatives” are too ‘busy’ to vote or pay attention to much outside of very big races.

Dems know the slow and steady turtle wins, while our side thinks they only have to show up once in a great while to show who is boss, and so looses most of the time - then, of course, those who stayed home gross about the results.

Truth be told, we know Dems will shoot us in the face point blank, but few realize that ‘our side’ will stab us in the back - given the opportunity...
