Interesting. I’ve heard that government workers now all are required to wear guns. Of course, the ordinance would not affect them!

Coming from a family of cops and having been one myself quite some time ago, I have NO faith in the ability of the police to protect me and my family. By the time they arrive to write the report the action will be all over and I have no desire to be the one being carted off for a coroner’s examination. Maybe all the good Democrats in Chicago want to go along with their delusional king but I’m tired of Chicago dictating to the rest of us. For any Conservatives lost in Chicago and Cook County...my sincerest sympathy as I know you’d love to have something better.

Daley isn’t an ex-mayor. He’s the mayor until May 16.
I’m in Chicago, and I think that we don’t need a concealed carry law. Because of the 2nd Amendment, all law-abiding Americans already know that we have the right to carry guns.

The title of Ex Mayor or soon to be Ex Mayor sounds so good when it is used in conjunction with the name Daley.

Interesting that King Daley is still around. Figured Rahm would dealt with him by now.
