There is a new focus on unions. They could win because they use the billions from tax payers back against them.
I would think that depending on just what exactly the opposition is suing over, That this could end up in the SCOTUS. AS of now, I think they are only suing over what they consider to be a violation of the WI open meeting law. But if they sue over whether the WI legislature has the power to legislate the bargaining rights, this could end up in the high court.
