So she claimed, along with the other publicity seeking left wing she-vulture, Nancy Pelosi, while Giffords was in a coma. Considering how Giffords is a Blue Dog, I kind of doubt it.

She has the Dem Boomer vote locked up ( Fl area is her main area and she knows how to scaire them with the Repb budget cuts)and she has the Liberal Jewish vote locked up..both of those groups donate lots of money and they get out and vote.
She has impact with the female vote as she is a breast Cancer survivor, and that she is ( for the Dems,) the epitome of the Lefty female..loud, in your face, angry.
She may have a screechy voice but she is excellant at media
presentation..she lies, distorts and twists and out interrupts anyone.That may be disgusting, but it is effective with the MSM watchers and the soundbites.

This selection is as good as the new Democratic Party toilet logo if not better. She is so partisan and so abrasive that the messaging will lose itself in her manly vocal chords.
Giffords is no blue dog and her voting record shows her voting with Pelosi something like 95% of the time (I’ve seen the link posted here various times). That blue dog thing was one of the myths created around Giffords. Her voice wasn’t quite as annoying, but she was every bit as hateful to the conservative/libertarian public as Wasserman.
