Hate to read that. Southwest is about the only airline I want to fly...usually extremely safe and efficient.
Hope it gets fixed and causes them no injuries to any passengers....nor hardships to the company. I guess some of
the 737s are getting along in years.
I used to feel this good way about Southwest until they canceled the Thursday night flight, Tampa to Hartford. Not enough passengers and yet the plane came from Ft. Laurderdale to Tampa first without a problem. Made those passengers get off and screwed all the Tampa boarding passengers. Waited around at the Tampa airport until 1 1/2 hour AFTER the flight was scheduled to depart before they told us to go screw.
Whole trip cancelled. Sitting at home.

Same here, My favorite domestic airlines.
They even gave me a $550 voucher and and a nice, free room when Obama caused our flight to be cancelled last
july in LV.
Whe are using it May 4.
I hope this prob is found and solved by then....
