“Do you really believe that the Clinton machine circa 2007 actually didn't spend some time looking into this? Do you really believe that John McCain and the Clinton campaign really would have rolled over and participated in this grand conspiracy?”

“It's not that much of a conspiracy; it's very simple,” Trump said. “Chuck, it's really not. If you look at what's taken place, it's really not.”

Cue: confusion over the hospital where Obama was born, three days before the announcement was in the paper, no nurses ever came forward, blah, woof, honk.

“Why doesn't he issue his birth certificate?” Trump asked.

“He did!” they replied in unison.

Look at the picture with lots of forced and rehearsed laughter! An experienced psychiatrist will see it easily.

The MSM started to do what I wrote in my perfect gem “Rules for Radicals.”

1- Ignore them...they did that already
2- Isolate them...so-called birthers are labeled loons
3- Ridicule them...see the picture, it’s worth a thousand words
4- Fight them...they started a long time ago on the blogs and Internet sites. The MSM is catching up!

C’mon MSM, get them birthers, but stay away from ghosters (moi, one of my hats)
