Crim, and Red in Blue... I can't cite the law because I don't live in Ma. and I don't know their laws and there is always more to a story than the press gives you.

absolootezer0... bringing charges is the job of the DA not the police. The DA is an elected official. Don't like the way he runs things, vote him out. The appeals court comes in here as well.
