IMO creating a fake facebook page in someones name and posting racy pics of them without permission is a suspendable offense. The kid is a jerk.

Wrong.

Allowing a porn actress to work in a school with teenagers is an offense. She should be terminated.

“... fake facebook page in someone’s name and posting racy pics of them without permission...”

IMHO, he shouldn’t have created a fake facebook page. However, the racy pictures are out there for everyone and anyone to see. She was/is a porn star. What sort of privacy did she truly expect? The suspension, IMHO, is a result of bringing attention to the fact that she was working with a school system and around children. The school decided to punish the kid for bringing this to light.

Is it? I'm not sure unless the kid signed some sort of "Code of Conduct" policy. Might be a criminal offense, though. Akin to identity theft?
