A Fort Myers high school senior with Ivy League aspirations and a new set of wheels faces a cloudy future after her arrest on felony charges Friday.
Rachel Anne Hachero, 17, was arrested by Lee County deputies after being accused of pistol-whipping her mother and forcing her to buy the teen a car at gunpoint...She was a member of the schools Model United Nations team who received honorable mention and third place awards at a Harvard competition...
The events leading to her arrest began Thursday evening when Hachero called her mother and asked her to co-sign for a car... Her mother refused, and the teen threatened to kill her. ..
Hachero pistol-whipped her mother in the head and pointed the gun at the womans head and stomach, deputies wrote. The teenager then demanded the mother accompany her to the dealership.
...
Hacheros mother declined to prosecute her daughter, however, citing Hacheros status as an honor student and her acceptance into several Ivy League Schools. Deputies still arrested the teen, and they transported her to the Lee County Juvenile Assessment Center.

We need pictures of both so as to decide responsability.
“This cant be her first thug experience, either.”
Definitly not; she was in possesion of drugs and a stolen gun. But it may be the first time she’s been caught.
From the article:
“...checked the teenagers purse and found the gun, in addition to drugs and paraphernalia, according to the reports.
Deputies arrested Hachero at home. They recovered the gun, one of three reported stolen from a Lee County Port Authority employees house in July.”
Kofi Anan was her role model
This girl has a real future at Thug University, majoring in Sidearm Facials.
“How sharper than a serpents tooth...”
Don't get me wrong, I'm not cutting this little brat any slack. Just sayin' that, honor student or not, I'd bet this girl has had dirt under her fingernails for quite a while now, and also that she probably didn't think this up entirely on her own.
The accused, btw:
future harvard professor- economics
rich woman, gimme what chu got
But what dark thoughts are inside her head? A bunch is my guess.
It is hard for a 17 year old girl to look ugly but she manages to do it.....Deport her if possible
Could be. If this is a case of the girl being mentally/emotionally disturbed, then I do hope she can get help. I’ve just gotten very cynical over the years, I guess.
It’s just a cultural thing -
A celebration of diversity.
A mother who talks about being a honor student as a license for the daughters actions has a strange set of priorities.
“Hacheros mother declined to prosecute her daughter”
Right here is the problem. Another so called “Mother” that won’t be a parent. My kid would not have lived through an incident like that.

My kid wouldn't have survived that either. They also would not have tried such a trick. How do I know? Simple its the elephant trick.
A large elephant is held in place with just a rope. A young elephant needs a strong chain. Why? They haven't learned yet.

I like that. Haven’t heard it put like that before.
Generally the victim doesn’t have to press charges on felonies. The cops will take care of that.

Hung? No!
Pack her stuff, put her out, & tell her don’t come back. Oh, & return the car to the dealer.
Police left out possession of stolen property - the gun, & kidnapping.
Excuse me, did you say UTES?????????????????????
Guilty. And NO I wouldn’t!
