We need pictures of both so as to decide responsability.

“This cant be her first thug experience, either.”
Definitly not; she was in possesion of drugs and a stolen gun. But it may be the first time she’s been caught.
From the article:
“...checked the teenagers purse and found the gun, in addition to drugs and paraphernalia, according to the reports.
Deputies arrested Hachero at home. They recovered the gun, one of three reported stolen from a Lee County Port Authority employees house in July.”

About a year or so ago, I posted an article about a teenaged girl who poured a pot of boiling water on her mom's face while she was sleeping. As it turned out, the girl was acting on the "advice" of her thug boyfriend. Something like that may be going on here. The daughter probably is secretly dating a gang-banger (and may be banging, herself). That's probably how she got the stolen gun in the first place.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not cutting this little brat any slack. Just sayin' that, honor student or not, I'd bet this girl has had dirt under her fingernails for quite a while now, and also that she probably didn't think this up entirely on her own.
The accused, btw:

She looks very very young, semi sweet and innocent.
But what dark thoughts are inside her head? A bunch is my guess.

It is hard for a 17 year old girl to look ugly but she manages to do it.....Deport her if possible

Could be. If this is a case of the girl being mentally/emotionally disturbed, then I do hope she can get help. I’ve just gotten very cynical over the years, I guess.

Here in Florida we take our cars seriously.
The little Witch was just following protocol.
The stolen gun & her ugly looks will do her in.
Voter votes her GUILTY! ! ! ! ! !

The reports of pointing a gun at mom with treats to use it says a lot.
A mother who talks about being a honor student as a license for the daughters actions has a strange set of priorities.

“Hacheros mother declined to prosecute her daughter”
Right here is the problem. Another so called “Mother” that won’t be a parent. My kid would not have lived through an incident like that.

"Hacheros mother declined to prosecute her daughter It won't be up to the Mother anymore. The stolen Gun will be enough to get the kid several years.

My kid wouldn't have survived that either. They also would not have tried such a trick. How do I know? Simple its the elephant trick.
A large elephant is held in place with just a rope. A young elephant needs a strong chain. Why? They haven't learned yet.

Generally the victim doesn’t have to press charges on felonies. The cops will take care of that.

Hung? No!
Pack her stuff, put her out, & tell her don’t come back. Oh, & return the car to the dealer.
Police left out possession of stolen property - the gun, & kidnapping.
