A 19-year-old gang member wanted by police over the alleged rape of an 11-year-old girl by seven teenagers was captured on Monday.

Moreno Valley police Lt. Chad Bianco said his case was unusual because it targeted an innocent victim.

Another bad part of the story is that an older female led the girl to the Victoriano Park where the gang was waiting for her. The female has also been arrested for her role in the rape.

There was a time when gang members would have killed one of their own for raping a child.

We absolutely *must* start hanging thugs like this. A line of seven rapists hanging from the same gibbet might give other thugs pause for thought—or whatever it is that those animals do in place of thinking.

I remember as a kid being able to go to park and not have to worry about gangs. I did not know what ‘rape’ even meant.

Now, you can’t let your kids out of your sight due to human trash like this.

There is a case near Houston of a 14 year old girl where something like 19 young men raped her. As hard as it is to believe, the locals are blaming the girl saying she's trampy. She's 14, some of the men were in their upper 20's - I think everyone involved is black. I'm astounded that anyone, anywhere could make excuses for these actions.
