There is a case near Houston of a 14 year old girl where something like 19 young men raped her. As hard as it is to believe, the locals are blaming the girl saying she's trampy. She's 14, some of the men were in their upper 20's - I think everyone involved is black. I'm astounded that anyone, anywhere could make excuses for these actions.
Regarding these gang members: kill them!

The sad fact of the matter is thar crimes are becoming more and more heinous the same time punishments are becoming less and less lethal.
We need to turn that around.
